The 2 Key Ways to be Successful Online

By MD On October 24, 2010 No Comments

One of the first things you must learn before you can make any real money online are the key points of  how to build a successful online business, or how to be successful online in general. Without knowing this, then you’re just going to be wasting your time and you’ll probably soon give up. You don’t have to take my word for what makes you successful online, do some of your own research and look to see what every successful business and website on the internet have in common. I’m sure you’ll soon realize that there are basically only 2 key ways to have a successful online business or to be successful online in any form.

Shuttle Endeavour Blastoff

1. Create massive value for others and you’ll be greatly rewarded.

It’s cliche, especially for the online world. Every expert or guru online all repeatedly talk about providing value to others first before you start trying to make money from anyone online. This is the single most important thing you must learn to do if you are to have any success online. It doesn’t matter if you only want to make money online part time or even create the next Facebook. You will fail to make any kind of money on the internet and at getting any type of sustainable traffic if you don’t provide value.

When starting out online, think more about providing value to others first and the rest will come on it’s own. Every single successful online business and internet marketer in the world all have this in common, and no matter how they make money online it comes from providing value to others.

So before you start your next site, write your next article, or etc. Ask yourself, will this be valuable or beneficial to others in someway? If you think of helping others first, then they will be much more willing to make a purchase from you, click on your links, and refer others to what you’ve written or created.

Coming from my own experience:

The first time I ever made any significant money online was after a month or so of getting into internet marketing. I barely knew anything and really had no skills. I had purchased some domain names and a web hosting plan. I had learned about the whole giving value to be successful online, so that’s what I tried to provide with every (highly unprofessional looking) site I created. I made a very simple wordpress blog, I even used a free theme, and it was about how to make your car more fuel efficient. This was a few years ago, when gas prices were sky high! (remember $4-10 per  gallon) I added a few affiliate links to an ebook from ClickBank about going green with your car on the site. After a little promotion, traffic started flowing to my mini site and I started making hundreds per week even though it was such an unprofessional and downright unappealing website. It didn’t matter, I was providing something highly valuable to people at that time. Provide the value, the money will come.

2. Share the knowledge you already have to others online.

This is the easiest way to get started online and that is by sharing what you already know. Everyone knows or experienced something that others would want to know more about. It could be just about any knowledge you possess, skills, passions, experiences from jobs etc. Some of the most successful sites online are from people who share their knowledge about a job they have skills with. It’s not about your skills as an internet marketer or designer, and how fancy of a site you can create. It’s about providing value from sharing your knowledge that people are looking for online.

This video from SBI explains this best, (you’ll find it near the bottom of the website). This is actually one of the best sites to help you to create a site and to make money from it just from the knowledge you know.

It’s as simple as sharing what you know and putting it onto paper. But a blog or website will be your paper. The #1 reason people use the internet is for knowledge. You could answer and solve someone’s problems just from the knowledge you already have. All you gotta do is simply share your knowledge with the rest of the world and then decide how to monetize from it. Nowadays there’s thousands of ways to make money from a site so that won’t be a problem.

My experience:

I have created several sites and blogs that were just about things I know about and am interested in. I mean just look at this blog, which was specifically created to share my knowledge about internet marketing and making money online from home. It doesn’t always have to be things you already know right now. Write about whatever while you are gaining more knowledge or experience about it.

OK, so what are you waiting for? You know how to build a successful online business or to succeed with making money online. I know not everyone wants to work full time online, but to even make part time money online you’ll still need to follow the two key points above. Just always provide value with your sites and if you don’t know where to start, creating a site or sites just sharing the knowledge you already know could prove to be very successful for you.

Become a Millionaire in a Short Amount of Time, Online

By MD On October 22, 2010 No Comments

It doesn’t really matter who you are, how much experience or time you spend online, if you’re reading this post, then I’m sure you’ve heard at least a few stories about how someone made millions online. I love business and learning ways to make the most profit from the least amount of capital and effort. I had finally realized that the internet is the place to be for people like you and me to make money.

I talk about it all the time, how the internet has helped to create so many practically overnight billionaires, millionaires, and many people who make a great income online from all walks of life. If you want a chance to make good money or even become the next overnight millionaire in a relatively short amount of time, then the internet is the best place to do that (I guess there’s always the lotto).

million%20dollar%20bill

So it was a “real shocker” to see this excellent article, How to be a Millionaire by age 25. That pretty much helps support what I was saying above about the internet is the place to be currently to make some nice money in a short amount of time.

In the article they have 9 young entrepreneurs that became millionaires before the age of 25, most of them became millionaires at a much younger age. OK, so I’ll get to the point. Did you notice practically all of them made their money online or their company has to do with the internet in some way? Some of them made a ton of money by creating simpler websites while they were still in high school. Yeah they were all young, but more importantly they made a great deal of money and became successful in a short amount of time.

Why are there so many youngsters who are becoming millionaires online?

I think it’s because, obviously, the #1 reason, they can take more chances and risks, but the smart ones see and come up with ideas that they believe would be cool, popular or beneficial to others. Their minds are really good for coming up with fresh new ideas for the current time or the future.

While the more mature age group, many of them don’t know or see the potential of what the internet brings and how they could utilize it to their benefit, especially for making money from home on their computer. However, in my opinion, the more mature age group has more experience in life, more things to leverage, and could easily come up with good ideas and sites that could be beneficial to others online. I’ve seen many young and old who make a lot of money online, so age doesn’t really matter. You gotta just be open minded and follow through on your visions.

If you don’t want to take the risks, then to make money on the internet you don’t really have to. Start off part time, work whenever you have any extra time and only invest a little money, or start off using only free methods. Of course, money can help you get started and get you ahead of your competition a lot faster in the online world.

No matter your age, capital, experience that you may or may not have, the internet is a great resource and tool for you to make an unlimited amount of money from your home. Many of the big and successful websites come from just a simple idea, then they turn it into a site that would add value in someway to somebody else. If you have a desire and vision about the next .com or website, then “go for it”, and get it created.

13 Ways to Get a New Blog Noticed – Even if Your Unknown

By MD On September 21, 2010 6 Comments

With millions of blogs on the internet and thousands more popping up daily, a new blogger may think how to get your blog noticed, especially if you’re totally unknown. Without getting traffic to your blog, then it pretty much defeats the purpose of having a blog in the first place. It can get really depressing, especially if your the type that puts a lot of effort and time into perfecting your blog posts, all to find out that no one even read it. That’s one of the main reasons why most bloggers don’t last more than a month or two and give up.

Instant gratification is what we are all looking for, yet with blogging, the experts say there’s no such thing. However, I’ve been noticing this isn’t exactly the case anymore.

Bursts Of Color

Maybe you’ve seen some of them before and didn’t realize it, the new breed of bloggers popping into the scene. Let’s call them “Super Bloggers”. Most of them are youngsters, whatever the age, they are all new to blogging, yet know how to get their blog noticed very quickly. These new Super Bloggers are receiving more traffic and authority to their blogs within a few months time, than the average blogger will ever see in their life time. Most of them have these key things in common. I listed them for you below.

13 Ways to get a New Blog Noticed Quickly

1. Confidence – This is one of the key factors to be successful in anything, but don’t forget you gotta be confident even if you’re a new blogger. Don’t be hesitant about what you write about and how you blog, be committed and give 100% to everything you do. Everyone makes mistakes, the smart ones learn from them. It’s human nature for us to admire and follow people who are confident. Even though you’re a new blogger, be confident in what you write blog about, your readers will be able to sense it or the lack of it. It’s all in the head, you are whoever you think you are.

2. Guest Posting – You’ve probably heard about this a 100 times before, guest posting on an A-listers blog is the best way to get exposure, and could help make your career. You could get enough recognition and traffic to crash your servers. Leveraging the immense traffic from a famous blog is just plain smart. Then again, if you have a lousy blog and or content, it could backfire.

3. BIG Cajones (No fear) – This ties into 1 and 2 above. Many new bloggers think it should take a long time to buildup their status, authority and traffic. They let their fears tell them, they aren’t ready to guest post on “Problogger” yet, or I have no experience so I can’t blog about that, and etc.. Take risks and don’t be afraid to try something new and expanding your horizons. Doing things out of the ordinary could put you on the map. Don’t let you’re fears stop you from doing things that are out of you’re “comfort zone”.

4. Killer Titles – Just by using a good title in your articles, you can create a lot of buzz and attention to your blog posts. I’d say a Huge percentage don’t even read your entire posts, so just by having a killer title makes you look like you know what you’re talking about and makes them want to comeback to your blog.

5. Branding – Creating a brand name and Spreading it for everything you do online will get you and your blog noticed much quicker. Such as your domain name and your user names for everything like social media sites, forums, and etc… People will start noticing your brand name and will start associating you and your blog to it.

6. Blog Commenting – Being social and adding intelligent comments to blogs in your niche, especially the authoritative blogs will give you a ton of exposure and is a great way of getting your blog noticed by others in the same niche.

7. Follow the Experts – Gaining knowledge and insight from the top experts in your niche will bring you up to speed very quickly. This will help you to stay current and know what’s going on in the blogosphere. Associating yourself with the experts will help boost your credibility and authority almost instantly. Also, many of these new bloggers will get ideas of what to write about from the top blogs, even if it’s just rehashed information, they make it their own. This actually works really well and has you looking like an authority figure by the other bloggers.

8. Ambitious – If you are new to blogging, outworking everyone else and putting endless effort when starting out will get you noticed. Others will lookup to you, you’ll be an inspiration, and be reaping the rewards in a shorter amount of time. Most people don’t want to put in the work and effort, so you’ll pass right by all of them just by being ambitious, even if you lack in knowledge and experience. Be hungrier than everyone else.

9. Utilizing all forms of traffic – don’t just settle for one or a few good methods of getting traffic to your blog, utilize as many as you can. Article marketing, social media, press releases, communities like blog catalog, technorati, forums, directories, pinging and etc. will help make people notice your blog from many different sources.

10. Good attitude – This can make your outlook on what you’re doing a lot better, keep you from getting frustrated, help keep you motivated, will make others want to read what you write, and want to help spread your name for you. Being humble, yet confident and willing to help others out is going to go a long way, especially for long term. The key is to be approachable to everyone.

11. Holding a Contest – Just because you’re a new blogger doesn’t mean you can’t hold a killer contest. This will get mega attention and help blast your blog to another dimension. Others will help promote it via social networking and will keep people tuned into your blog.

12. Valuable Content – of course your content has to be pretty valuable and be beneficial or you’re wasting your time. Writing pillar posts, lists, tutorials and personal experiences about blogging, seem to create a lot of buzz for a new blog.

13. Good Design and Appearance – It starts by having your own domain name and web hosting plan. No one is going to take you seriously without it. Also, you’ll want a decent logo and a good design for your blog. With all of the resources at our fingertips online these days, anyone can do this on their own with little money, and without hiring someone.

It doesn’t take a lot of hard work and experience to get your blog noticed, like it use to back in the day. Work smarter and harder than everyone else and you’ll soon have an authoritative, successful blog that continues to grow. Checkout and follow any new successful blogger these days that just pops into the scene out of nowhere and you’ll see they share many of the same things I listed in this blog post.

Location & Placement Affects the Power of a Backlink

By MD On September 16, 2010 1 Comment

Backlinks may play the most important role in SEO, other than killer content. If you want to be found whenever someone looks up something in the search engines, then you need to get backlinks to your sites and blogs. However, I’ve found that the placement and location of the back-links can make a HUGE difference. I’m talking about whether you’re link is located in the footer, sidebar, comments, or in the content.

If you didn’t know already, then you probably can guess that a link that’s in the content is more powerful and will give you much more link juice than any other type of backlink. Why is that?

Let’s talk about one particular search engine, Google, the Big Daddy of all the search engines. If you look deeper into the Google Algorithm, then you will learn that Google likes links that are in place to help the reader. So relevant contextual links that serve as a reference and source to the content, makes Google happy. Also, it’s believed that content surrounding a link helps the search engine spiders know what the link it’s following is about, which makes it a more relevant backlink.

That’s not all, many pro seo’s say search engine spiders crawl and break up the page in different sections of importance. For instance, the header and content are the most important parts of the page, with the sidebar and footer being at the bottom of importance. It makes a lot of sense if you think about it, what part of the site plays the biggest part on what keywords you show up for in the serp’s? The title tags and your keywords in the content, right?

Of course not everything is so black and white when it comes to SEO and the search engine algorithms. But from what I’ve researched and experimented on my own, the importance of backlinks depending where they are located on a site really does seem to make a huge difference.

Here’s my experience with link placement

Back in the day I tried a few things out and plus I was ignorant, so I did whatever the heck the experts told me to do. I was told to do a lot of blog commenting and link exchanges with relevant blogs to get more back links to my site. I had acquired numerous backlinks from many of the top blogs for my niche in the top commentators section, usually located on their sidebar or footer. I also left a lot of blog comments on dofollow blogs. Not only that, I managed to get placed on several blog rolls with decent Pagerank with a one way link back to my site. I really didn’t notice any changes after several months. I didn’t gain any pagerank either. After awhile longer many of these links were taken down. I figured I would lose pagerank or positions in the serp’s from losing these backlinks, guess what happened? Squat, I lost no placement or pagerank and nothing really happened. Some of these links I had were on PR 5 or better sites and of course all the links I acquired were all dofollow.

Then, I started to do more article marketing, getting backlinks from guest posts and only worked on getting contextual links. Sometimes I could almost see my sites or pages moving in the serp’s the very next day for the anchor text I was using. It sometimes only takes a few good backlinks in the middle of the content from a trusted site to give you page rank and move you in the search engine results pages. Try it out for yourself.

What’s the best way of getting contextual links or backlinks in the content?

Article marketing is a good way, but the best way is writing valuable content on your site so others will link to you. But if you’re not the best writer or want to speed things up, then you can do guest posting. Which basically is the same thing as someone linking to you in their content. However, not all of us have the time or skills to write guest posts, so the other alternative is to hire someone to do that for you.

I want to add, getting back links on blog rolls, from blog commenting and link exchanges may help your site out. And of course, each site will give different amounts of link juice than others. Back when I was purposely trying to get these type of back links they really didn’t do much for my sites. Do some experimenting on your own and see what gives you the best results. But I guarantee you’ll eventually see that links in the content are the most powerful backlinks of all.

Can You Make Money Online in a Recession?

By MD On June 2, 2010 2 Comments

I’ll be honest, when the recession first hit us pretty hard a few years ago. I really was wondering what impact it would have on the internet and for internet marketers. I personally thought the internet would lose popularity and the seasoned pros in the internet marketing world would totally dominate the web. Any scraps that were left, would be fought over by everyone else. The outlook didn’t look to promising for a newbie internet marketer like myself, or anyone else without a high skill level online. Instead the opposite happened. The internet marketing world is still thriving, and many more people including myself started making money online from home.

Recession special at Gray's Papaya shop

Why is this?

It actually made a lot of sense. Many people started losing jobs. I’m sure you know some people the recession has affected, and prices started to rise for just about everything. Which gave people more stress, free time, boredom and etc. but what does that lead to? More people being home and depending on their electronics more than ever. Like their televisions, but more importantly their computers and internet. Whether it’s for entertainment or social purposes, to make a little money or to find a new job. People are still finding ways to get online and use the internet.

According to a article in the U.S. News that I thought was quite interesting, titled 10 things we can’t live without, nearly half of the things were either internet or computer related. It even included a story about a girl named Brianna Karp, who was homeless and started a blog called The Girl’s Guide to Homelessness. The blog attracted attention, helped land her a part-time magazine internship, which lead to an offer to write a book about her story. There’s a chance it may even get turned into a movie. I bet she never was expecting all that, while homeless and writing in a blog just to share her experience.

It’s sometimes frustrating when I see all these shows on television that are on the effects of the recession. I see all of these intelligent go-getters who are going bankrupt and losing their homes. Like one show that I saw bits and pieces of. It was about young business owners who were struggling to make enough money to pay their bills, let alone keep their business alive. Some of these people were going to extreme measures just to make a single dollar. Many of them were even selling all of their most prized possessions for pennies on the dollar.

It made me think, if only they knew about internet marketing and all the endless possibilities the internet has to offer to make real money online. With their intelligence and motivation, they should be able to find some sort of income on the internet rather quickly.

In conclusion, there is no better time to make real money online then right now, despite the recession. Many people, including myself are making money online, or starting their own online business during the recession that has hit us in the 21st century. Though, you may have to evolve and adapt to the current economy to succeed online.

What to Write About in a Blog – How to Create Killer Content

By MD On April 22, 2010 No Comments

One of the first questions a new blogger asks is, what to write about in a blog? I had the same question when I was a beginner, and it’s actually one of the reasons that kept me from creating a blog in the first place. I want to share some ideas and tips on how to create killer content for your blog or website, that have helped me.

What knowledge do you possess and what can you leverage right now?

When you are first starting out, you should think of your skills, (writing it down would be even better) hobbies, passions, connections and knowledge that you already have that you can leverage for your blogs content. This will give you ideas on what you could or may want to write about for a blog. The more you know about something, will allow you to be more credible when you are writing your content about your chosen topic. This will allow you to look like an expert right off the bat, without having to do to much research first. However, choosing something you are interested in but don’t know to much about can work too. Maybe you have sources and connections that can teach you more about your topic and give you insight.

I just wanted to add, most successful bloggers online started off writing about something they have a passion for. It’s pretty easy to get burned out really quickly if you are just trying to make some quick money online. Blogging and making money from a blog can be a lot harder than it looks.

It doesn’t really matter if you can write or not. The more you practice (what better way than by writing in your own blog) and the more you read, the better you’ll become. I totally sucked when I first started blogging, just read some of my first posts on this blog. The more I blogged and read other blogs, I now actually produce some decent content.

Choose one niche or topic

If you don’t have experience as a blogger, then starting your blog off in one niche or topic would be best. Once you’ve narrowed it down to a small list of things you are either interested in or already have knowledge about, it’s time to choose one for your blog. Staying within one topic will help you to get visitors that are interested in the same things and then you can start building a community for your blog. Your blog should also show up in the search engines faster for keywords related to your niche.

Make sure it is a niche or topic that will give you plenty to write about and expand. For instance, this blog “mathewday.com” is about internet marketing and ways to make money online. There are a ton of things for me to write about, all the way to blogging to affiliate marketing.

Unless you purposely want to make a small targeted niche blog with maybe only a few pages for one specific thing. You could also create a personal blog, where it’s more like your journal of rants, opinions and thoughts.

Your first blog posts should include…

You need to remember you are writing for other people, not yourself. Create ORIGINAL and VALUE in your content that others would want to read and share. In your writing, make the person feel as though you are talking to them or like your telling a story. You want to affect your readers in some way through your writing, inspire, help, humor, teach, vent and share your personal experiences. Let them get to know the real you and your personality. Being creative and doing something totally different or in a different way, will get you attention and traffic. Think outside the box.

When you are first beginning your blog, you should begin by adding content that explains what your blog is about. Start adding structure to your blog, you need to build the foundation with Pillar Articles. This would include longer posts that outline your expertise or research for a specific topic. The content should be timeless, informational, factual, and attract other bloggers to link to you as a reference.

If you want to be successful with your blog, you need to take ownership and act as if you are an expert in your field. Do whatever it takes to get there, research, network, learn, experiment, until you have the confidence to become an authority figure in your niche. Now it’s time to put in the work….

Motivation is going to eventually be the #1 factor on whether you continue to add content to your blog regularly and whether you reach success with your blog. I found what works for me is to write down a list of achievable goals you want to reach and when you want to reach them by. Also, write down things that motivate you or why you do anything in Life. It could be for your family, yourself, God, your kids, just to be the best dam blogger in the entire world, or etc….

It also matters on the type of blog or niche you choose to write about. For instance, if it’s a humorous blog, then starting with funny posts right off the bat would be ok.

Ideas to Create Killer Content

  1. Write informational and helpful posts about your topic.
  2. a tutorial on how to do something
  3. a factual post about your niche, include references
  4. throw in some humorous posts once in awhile
  5. Start a little controversy by disagreeing with something a expert wrote about in your niche and sharing your view point on the matter.

  28. do extensive research on just one particular thing and write about what you learned and found, include references
  29. write about your success and how you achieved it
  30. Allow others to Guest Post on your blog
  31. an interview with an expert or authority figure in your niche
  32. answer a question someone would be looking for
  33. do a collection of posts from other bloggers all on the same topic with small descriptions and links to them
  34. latest current events for your niche
  35. compare two or more things together and show their likenesses and differences

Don’t forget to add some video and images to your blog too.

Include Keywords and SEO

While writing your content for your blog, make sure you are implementing the correct on site SEO, adding keywords to your titles and throughout your content. Go here if you have no idea what I’m talking about, learn how to get traffic to your blog for FREE and about SEO.

How often should I write?

Just about everyone has a different opinion on this matter. However, I’ve learned that the search engines, like Google, will start to love and visit your blog more often if you post regularly and often. I don’t think posting daily is necessary but if you can keep up with it, then do it. I suggest adding a new post at least once every few days and then sticking to that routine.

I hope this article helps and gives you ideas on what to write about in a blog. What are some things or ideas that help you to create Killer content?

11 Ways to get Unlimited Amount of Free Traffic to Your sites

By MD On March 5, 2010 25 Comments

A common question, especially for new internet marketers and bloggers is, how to get web traffic to your website or blog for FREE? I decided to write a short post on the best ways that I get FREE traffic to my sites. Even though I also get a majority of my traffic from PPC with Google Adwords, it’s not really a recommended method for beginners trying to increase their traffic, so I only listed FREE methods that I and just about every other successful blogger or internet marketer uses too.

New: Complete Guide to Traffic

Killer Content – Yeah, this is pretty much a no brainer, I had to add it in here somewhere. I’ve learned from my experience that Content is really where everything begins. Without original, valuable, engaging and high quality content, then there’s really no reason to get traffic in the first place. No one is going to read it, suggest others to read it, or link to it as a source/reference. Great content even for a 500 word landing page (lp) is crucial because you need to pre-sell your visitors by engaging, connecting with them and that’s pretty much all done through your content. Killer content, just by itself can lead to a ton of targeted traffic to your websites from visitors letting others know about it.

SEO – Search engine optimization consists of several things. It basically means optimizing your website and content so people can find it on the Search Engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing. The search engines will probably eventually be your #1 source of FREE targeted traffic.

How do you get your website on the front page of the Search Engines?

  1. Keywords (KW) – are very important because this is how your website will show up on the front page of the search engines or search engine results pages (SERP’s). When you “Google something” the words or phrase you entered would be considered keywords or a “keyword phrase”. Now there are “keywords” and there are “Long Tail keywords” (consist of 3 or more words and creates a “keyword phrase”). Now long tail keywords will have less competition and will be much easier for a beginner to get on the front page of the search engines. “Long tailed Keywords” will bring in targeted traffic because they are searching for something in particular, not just using a broad keyword. A competitive KW like “Money” would be very hard to get on the front page of the serp’s, but a “long tail keyword” like “make money at home for beginners” has much less competition and would be so much more easier to land your site on the front page for that search term. You need to make sure you are adding the keyword or long tailed keywords throughout your content, but making it look natural and not forcing your KW’s all over. Adding no more than a 5% keyword ratio to regular words in your content, and make sure you use them in your titles.
  2. Backlinks – The more backlinks you get from other relevant and high PR websites will give your site more authority and credibility from the search engines. This will help move your site closer to the front of the serp’s. Include the keywords in your “anchor text” (words used in link) for your links pointing back to your sites, which will give your website more authority for those keywords, and help boost your site to the front page of Google for those KW’s.

Social Media – This is the Hottest method of getting traffic, currently. Social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Stumbleupon and etc… can bring a lot of traffic quickly and for FREE. The social media sites are so powerful and effective because people spread information virally. It takes just one person to visit your site or blog and they could start a chain reaction from telling their friends on social media sites. Make sure you get your best articles/sites bookmarked in some of the popular social media sites, and make it easy for your visitors to do the same with “bookmark buttons” and apps. Becoming a Authority figure, being helpful and interacting with as many people as you can, will greatly increase your fan base or follower count. Obviously the more loyal followers the better for your business.

Communities – Networking and engaging with other like minds is crucial for success online. This will also lead to targeted traffic from referrals and recommendations from others who know you. It will also give you connections and open opportunities that you may have never gotten before. There are so many different communities out there, just join some and get involved. Social media and networking sites are great places for you to join, blogging communities, forums etc… Some examples: squidoo, hubpages, blogcatalog, mybloglog and Linkedin.

Viral – Getting traffic virally is just smart and effective marketing. One of the best ways of doing this is by creating a Ebook or Report and giving it away for FREE. People will most likely tell others about it and it just keeps on spreading like a wild fire. Just make sure they clearly know who you are and what you’re main sites are in the ebook/report. This will also allow you to build a list quite easily with a high quality ebook.

Become a regular to the blog and leave comments often and on as many blogs as you can find that are relevant. Some of the Blogs are Dofollow and you get PR juice from the backlink from them.

Forums – Not only can you learn a lot from a forum and network with others, but most of them allow you to leave a signature or a link to your websites at the bottom of every reply or thread you leave. Give helpful advice, ask good questions and people will click on your signature and checkout your sites. Here’s a sweet dofollow forums list.

Guest Posting – This method alone could put you and your website on the map. If you get approved to guest post on the right blog, and given the right audience, then you’ll be engaging readers that probably would’ve never found your site. Not only does guest blogging give you a ton of exposure, but also gives you some nice backlinks from a relevant site. Guest blogging is very popular right now. Usually the popular blogs will have a page or link about how to guest post on their blog. If they don’t, then it doesn’t hurt to send them a quick email and ask. Use high quality, original and valuable articles for a guest post, but at the same time make sure it compliments their blog. You want to use your best articles for guest blogging, especially if you get on a authoritative blog for your niche.
